1) Question:

I have my own artwork to print onto corporate flags, custom flags, banners or gazebo's. Which formats do you accept?

Answer: 

We accept the following file formats:  .pdf ; .eps ; .cdr ; .ai ; .psd

Online Payment Options:
Proceed to checkout, then login to Setcom / Monster Pay or create an account.
Two payment options are then available:

3) E-mail your order to admin@flagsonline.co.za
With your order, please provide all your contact details & address for delivery.
If necessary, provide your VAT registration number.
We will reply with an invoice and banking details for an EFT.
Make a payment & fax or e-mail us the remittance.
Only once the funds appear in our account will the order be processed.

For orders to the value of R5000-00 or more, please send an order including your invoicing details to admin@flagsonline.co.za, and we will reply with an invoice including our banking details. Payment can then be made via EFT. This enables us to process your order more promptly and efficiently.
