We organised an information tour for a South African delegation to Germany. We ordered the South African desk flags as gifts for the German presenter organisations. Flags Online’s service was fast and accurate.

I phoned after hours, 2 days ago and needed a ceremonial country flag, to be delivered to Gauteng within 24 hours.

To even be helped after hours already gave me an indication that I would prefer dealing with your company.

I was told that the stock was not available, but without even trying to give any excuses an order was generated for one to be manufactured.

The paperwork was quickly settled and everything went down without a hitch.

I was told that the flag would be delivered before the closing of business the next day.  Delivery from PE to Randburg.

When I arrived at the offices this morning , the couriers were already waiting for me to deliver.

In our day and age, service is not an option, it is like an optional extra.
