Stock Availability
For any urgent orders kindly contact us on admin@flagsonline.co.za or (041) 581-0568 to confirm availability of stock, before making payment. Stocks of all goods on offer are limited & stock can change at any given time as goods are sold, we are however constantly manufacturing to maintain stock levels. We shall only be liable to refund monies where we are unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. We reserve the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. We shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user. Orders shall only go into production once a deposit / full payment is received.

We shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, we will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.

Delivery
Stock items are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order with payment.
Flags which are made to order are normally dispatched 5 - 7 working days from date of order with payment.

Next-day delivery service is only available for main centres in South Africa. If all the items in the basket are in stock and the order is placed before 10h00 (with confirmation of payment) Monday - Friday, you will receive it the following working day. This service is only available in main centres. Delivery outside main centres is usually within 3 working days. The order item with the longest delivery time determines your parcel's delivery time.

The company shall no be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers & cannot guarantee their services.

Artwork & Pantone Colours
If pantone colours are not supplied we do not guarantee the colours of the print. Colours on screen are not an accurate indication of final print colours.

Different finishes of materials and fabrics also alter the colour of prints, even when they are pantone colours. We cannot take responsibility for print colours that do not match when two different products are ordered. 

We cannot accept verbal "go aheads" as approval for artwork proofs. The proofs supplied must be signed and returned to us before we can proceed with the order.

Standard
Our flags are South African Bureau of Standards approved and exceed all its requirements for flag manufacture. We use 100% polyester materials with long lasting colours.

Printing
Flags are printed using the disperse dye system. The process allows for the dye to penetrate through the yarn for longer lasting colour fastness. These flags are machine washable and can be dry cleaned. Through the use of computerised colour matching and automatic flag printing equipment, exceptional quality is achieved. The equipment allows for close registration reducing overlaps and making half-tones and full colour print available on the flags.

Materials Bunting
Traditional flag material woven from 100 polyester spun yarn. This type of material is commonly used throughout the flag industry worldwide. Our bunting is woven to a specification exceeding all standards. The weight is 160gms/m and the breaking strength is over 900N making it the strongest bunting in use.

Finish
 Flags are hemmed all around with 2 rows of stitching and finished with a polyester webbing heading with rope and toggle.
